Online Trademark Renewal System in Kuwait

Kuwait Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MoCI) has announced that the Department of Trademarks and Patents has upgraded its trademark renewal system.
The new system has resulted in a switch from manual filing of renewal applications to an online system. 
This means that with the new system trademark renewals will be submitted electronically and not manually anymore. It must be noted, however, that renewal certificates will be issued manually for the time being. The renewal certificates are expected to be issued electronically as well in the near future.

The new system has already been partially implemented and it would be fully operational within coming few months.

In case the trademark is renewed by different agent from filing, official fees of (US $ 35.00) will be paid. In spite of this, TLG will not add any charges on these official fees should you switch to us.
