researchers proactively studies the market and does physical
research on counterfeit products in any given field. In most
cases, they successfully obtain information on the traders
dealing with counterfeit products, which is then reported to our
clients and brand owners. At the initial stages, such
information is preliminary with little details. Our team also
tries to get samples of the counterfeited products or clear
images, to help the brand owner in analysing the suspected
counterfeit products. We then wait for our clients to further
instruct us on whether they want TLG to do more surveillance on
the identified target in order to reveal vital information which
will identify the source of the fake products, the warehouse
where the stock is kept, and others.
