- Saif is a qualified UAE
advocate with over two decades
of experience in litigation,
real estate and dispute
resolution throughout the GCC.
Saif has handled some of the
landmark litigation matters in
the region and holds extensive
dispute resolution experience in
the Middle East, including
acting on international
arbitrations before the ICC,
LCIA and DIAC.
Jonathan Sayer (Qatar)
focuses on Middle East banking
and finance areas and has a
wide-ranging experience in areas
of white-collar crime, IPOs,
strategic alliances, financing
and commercial lending.
Nee Hou Wan (Shanghai) is
a seasoned practitioner and has
worked on some of the most high
profile projects in Asia. His
expertise includes construction
disputes, contentious shareholder
disputes, energy and oil and
gas, and inbound as well
outbound investments from and
within China and Hong Kong.
