  • carry out a compliance check before the authorities in the United Arab Emirates to ascertain whether your Developer has defaulted in complying with any procedural or substantive laws;

  • contact the Developer on your behalf, wherever possible; and

  • provide a comprehensive report on the matter with recommendations on further courses of action where applicable.

Option I
 

Subject to our review and based on facts and circumstances related with your matter, TLG may agree to work on a No Win No Fee basis! This would entail that you may not incur any upfront charges towards our professional fees in representing you. In such event, we will recover percentage of amounts we recover and/or settle on your behalf.

 
Pay as you go

Under this option, TLG will charge you a discounted rate to carry out court/arbitration representation on your behalf. The fees will be discussed once we have the opportunity to carry out an exhaustive review of your documents and the compliance check before relevant authorities in the United Arab Emirates in relation to your property in Dubai or Ajman.

 
  1. TLG takes immense pride in accepting and representing several clients under our No Win No Fee option for its property clients till date. The new No Win No Fee option is however not only limited to property matters but TLG partners and management have now decided to consider any and all litigation matters under the new scheme. Accordingly, matters involving civil or criminal aspects, divorce and matrimonial disputes, claims arising out of succession and inheritance, defamation, infringement of contractual rights, wrongful termination, employment, and so on will be considered under the No Win No Fee option.
     

  2. Please be advised that under the new option, acceptance of new matters is at absolute discretion of TLG partners and management. In line with firm's social and corporate responsibility, the re-opening of No Win No Fee option has a clear and set objective to help those who are financially distressed, are unable to afford litigation costs and expenses, and find it difficult to consider and/or proceed with legal claims before courts.
     

  3. TLG partners and management have sole an absolute discretion in deciding and considering matters under the newly opened No Win No Fee scheme. This option is subject to TLG's terms of business (can be availed on request) and parties considering No Win No Fee option will be required to disclose and submit such statements as TLG partners and management may deem fit.
     

  4.
