TLG represents several banks, savings institutions and their holding companies before regulatory bodies and acts as counsel to those institutions in the purchase, brokering, underwriting and private placement of virtually every type of debt and equity. Lawyers of the firm have participated in the coordination of multi-bank and bank-insurance company credit facilities, interest rate swaps, currency swaps and the disposition of fixed and variable rate securities portfolios.

Our attorneys negotiate and prepare documents for all types of commercial loan transactions. We represent state and national lenders in the negotiation and documentation of commercial loans, asset based loans, and asset securitizations. We regularly close multi-million dollar loan transactions.

TLG's compliance and regulatory support group carries out preliminary assessments on companies and advises them on particular risks within their organizations, and then designing and helping to implement comprehensive, enterprise-wide compliance programs.

We have served as counsel to several banking and financial institutions and individuals in a number of significant civil matters, cease and desist, removal, and suspension actions brought by supervisory agencies.
